At Cabin Folk, every item is made just for you, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges. We’re all about quality, so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at Jack@cabinfolk.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort it out.
